Sausage Cabbage Soup
Sausage Cabbage Soup Ingredients
- 1 lb. Breakfast sausage 
- 1 yellow onion - diced 
- 2 cloves garlic - minced 
- 4 cups chopped cabbage 
- 3 cans diced tomatoes 
- 1 empty tomato can filled with water 
- 1 tsp dried basil 
- 1 tsp dried oregano 
- 1/4 tsp rosemary 
- 1 bay leaf 
- 2 tablespoons stevia brown sugar 
Directions
- Cook sausage in a large pot 
- Add tomatoes, water, cabbage, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, rosemary, and brown sugar to pot then mix well 
- Place bay leaf on top 
- Cover & Simmer for 45 minutes 
- Remove bay leaf 
- Enjoy!
