Fall Lemon Dijon Brussel Sprout Pear Salad Ingredients
- 12-oz. bag of pre-shredded brussel sprouts 
- 1 red pear - diced 
- 1/4 cup raisins 
- 1 cup grated Manchego cheese 
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 
- Lemon-Dijon Dressing - 1/2 lemon freshly squeezed 
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard 
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
- 1 tablespoon honey 
- 1/4 cup olive oil 
 
Directions
- Mix all salad ingredients together 
- Mix the dressing ingredients 
- Combine dressing and salad 
- Enjoy!
