5 Ingredient ButterNUT Squash
5 Ingredients
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese 
- 2 slices of cooked bacon - crumble 
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese 
- 1 bag of fresh spinach 
- 1 Butternut Squash 
Directions
- Cut Butternut Squash length wise and scrape out guts 
- Brush inside of Butternut Squash with olive oil 
- Sprinkle Butternut Squash with salt and pepper 
- Roast Butternut Squash in oven at 400F for 40 minutes 
- Sautee spinach in sauce pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil 
- Combine bacon, parmesan cheese, cream cheese with your spinach and mix well 
- Scoop out a little bit of the Butternut Squash so there is room for the filling 
- Add the spinach mixture 
- Roast Butternut Squash in oven at 400F for an additional 15 minutes 
- Enjoy!
